Refund policy

14-day refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of the charge you want refunded, including a subscription renewal. Paddle is the merchant of record and processes the payment and refund. Contact Paddle using the help link in your receipt, or contact Holiday Formulas support with the transaction ID and charge date.

You do not need to share a licence key, card details or spreadsheet contents. Support contact details.

What happens after approval

Paddle returns an approved refund through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider. An approved refund revokes Pro entitlement for the refunded coverage. Stored add-on state updates within 24 hours or immediately on Recalculate; displayed cells change on re-execution. Read the full three-layer guarantees.

Cancellation is separate

Cancellation prevents future renewal and leaves Pro available through the paid-through date; it does not automatically refund a charge. Use the subscription-management link supplied with your Paddle purchase. This policy does not limit rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.
